mike & katelyn

after spending time with katelyn's family (the next posting) i stole mike and katelyn for a little shoot of their own.  no they aren't engaged, maybe one day (*wink wink*), but the love radiates with these two.  as much as mike wanted his 5 photos that he assumed that i would only take to be over with, he was a trooper and worked it till the end!

the van brabants

this afternoon i spent some time with the van brabants at their farm... we found some shade from the blazing hot sun and snapped a few photos.  here are a few.  thanks for having me over katelyn!

day with dad

i took a little time not only for myself this sunday, but also to spend it with my dad (and my family of course).  Saddled up the horses and headed just north of our our farm to do some trail riding.  It was a day well spent with the ones I love xo.

the coderre's

it has been seemingly forever since I have had the chance to hang out with the sweetest little family, the Coderre's.  Mike, Camille, Nathan, Jesse and I had a super relaxing evening last night, Camille was kind enough to make Jess and I a wonderful meal while we giggled with little 4 month old Nathan.  He is the sweetest little man of life.  Thanks for having us over again - we missed you guys a lot!!!

cowboy boots & wedding dresses

This Sunday I had the pleasure of having three beautiful sisters hop back into their gowns they once walked down the aisle in.  Stephanie, the youngest and most recently wed, Caroline who wed last year and Natalie, six years ago decided to put their gorgeous gowns to use one more time, this time in a less formal matter - to Natalie's back yard - or horse pen.  So for all those who don't read this before looking at the photos - this was NOT a wedding!  Thanks girls - Jess and I had a ridiculously fun afternoon!

...........Thanks Ladies!...........

For you Ali

So where to begin.  I suppose when we were in Mr. Lea's 4/5 class back in Fawcett...this is where the friendship of a lifetime began, and has carried on to now, me 24 and Ali 25, we have walked this path of life both together and a world apart but never once too far for a late night chat session or email.  She has been the lucky one of us two to travel a lot, Europe more than once, lived in Brazil for a year, but now settled comfortably in Grande Prairie with her now (as of last night) fiance Jordan.

I just wanted to write a little something to her - post a few pics of a shoot I did with them last summer at the farm - and wish them all the very best in their life to come.  I could probably write a book on here, but I will keep it short and sweet.  You two are a beautiful couple and radiate the love, and I couldn't be happier for the both of you!  CONGRATS ON YOUR ENGAGEMENT.  much love.
